Kyle Habdo
Movement Coach

Kyle holds a master's degree in Biomedical Science from Liberty University, as well as a dual degree in English and Natural Science-Health Science from Daemen college.  Recently, Kyle was accepted into D'Youville's graduate program for Physical Therapy.  He plans to combine strength and conditioning and physical therapy to help fitness enthusiasts and athletes alike succeed in their given sport.

Kyle has acquired certifications for CrossFit and Olypmic Weightlifting, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and USAW1, respectively.  He is also qualified in TRX functional training methodologies.  In his spare time, Kyle studies research articles, videos, and blog posts from professionals in the fields of strength and conditioning, mindset training, and physical therapy to better assist his clients and athletes.

A note from Kyle, “Ernest Hemingway wrote, ‘true nobility is being superior to your former self,’ which is a sentiment that I have taken to heart.  It reminds me to never settle for mediocrity and to never stop growing as a person, athlete, and coach.  I want to be able to provide the best service for the people that I work with so they are able to make positive changes in their lives. I am continuously working at being the best that I can be, so I can help bring out the best in you.”
